McWane Plant and Industrial (MPI) is proud to announce the launch of its new state-of-the-art fabricated pipe manufacturing facility in Calera, Alabama. The new location represents the company’s sixth fabrication shop in the United States, and will serve the Southeast region with custom-cut pipe lengths and a wide range of additional products, including:
- 3” - 54” fabricated ductile iron pipe
- 3” - 48” grooved ductile iron pipe
- 3” - 30” swivel anchor pipe couplings
- 3” - 48” ductile iron wall pipes and sleeves
- Flange fillers, beveled fillers
- Valve extensions, steel vent assemblies, steel fabrication
- Cement, P401, ceramic epoxy, tar, and zinc coatings available
The new Calera facility further strengthens MPI’s extensive network of fabrication shops, which are strategically located throughout the country to offer fast delivery to customers from coast to coast. The company’s existing fabrication facilities are located in Wethersfield, CT, Madison Heights, VA, Coshocton, OH, Exeter, CA, and Houston, TX.
In addition to its complete fabricated pipe offering, MPI offers a wide range of valves, gates and fittings to meet the needs of water treatment and wastewater treatment plant projects. The company’s comprehensive valve lineup includes butterfly valves, check valves, plug valves, gate valves, mud valves and more.
